The People’s Practice: A Movement Through History is a 3-day series and cultural immersion, tracing the evolution of mindful movement and spiritual embodiment from ancient Africa to Asia and the Americas. This offering connects historical migrations to sacred postures, breath practices, and land-based traditions.

From the sacred geometry of Kemet and Kush to the flowing wisdom of the Indus Valley, the seated knowing of the Maya and Indigenous North, to the warrior disciplines of Afro-Asia— The People's Practice reawakens the global archive of embodied knowledge. Participants learn how movement, breath, and ritual have long served as tools of resistance, healing, and cultural memory.

Designed for educators, cultural centers, wellness organizations, and community leaders, this version of The People’s Practice bridges history and healing. An invitation to remember and reclaim our stories.
